1. 2 medium-sized avocados, ripe
2. 1 tsp. cinnamon (optional)
3. ¼ c. cacao powder, raw
4. ¾ c. honey, raw & local or maple syrup
5. 2-3 tablespoons coconut oil
6. dash of sea salt
7. 1 tbsp. vanilla
1. Cut avocado and remove seed. Spoon into a food processor or blender, all all other ingredients and blend together. Store in fridge until mixture cools into a pudding-like consistency.
