INGREDIENTS
1. 2 large avocados, peeled and sliced
2. 2 tablespoons lemon juice
3. 1 teaspoon raw honey
4. Pink Himalayan sea salt, to taste
5. Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
6. 8 very thin slices prosciutto
PREPARATION
1. In a large bowl, toss the first 5 ingredients (avocado through salt and pepper).
2. Wrap each slice of avocado with 1 or 2 slices of prosciutto and serve.
