NEW PATIENTS
As a new patient, we understand that your health problems can have a very serious effect on your quality of life. We also understand that you wouldn't place your health in the hands of just anyone. Well, neither would we. Our clinic only accepts patients that we truly feel we can help. If it is determined that we could not help you, we WILL NOT waste your time or your money. If you don't have a case that we can help, then we will refer you to one of the many specialists of whom we have established relationships. If we have determined that we can help you, then this is good news and we will review with you all of your health options and start you on your way to better health.
Our patient satisfaction guarantee is simply that if you do not experience a measurable result within 2-4 weeks then one of two things will happen:
1.) We will re-evaluate your condition and either perform additional testing such as MRI's, NCV's, lab tests, etc. and/or change our treatment approach or
2.) We will release you from care and either refer you back to you PCP or refer you to another appropriate health care professional.
At our clinic, we are either able to help you or we are not. We will never waste your time or your money!!

- First Visit
- What should you expect on your first visit with us?
- Upon arrival you will be greeted by our friendly staff and will be asked to sign in. Our front desk staff will ask for and make copies of any pertinent health insurance information as well as your Identification Card. You will be given and asked to fill out our new patient forms. This should take between 5 - 15 minutes depending upon your specific situation.
- After completion of your new patient forms, you will be directed to our consultation room where you will meet with the doctor. During your consultation, you will have the opportunity to discuss with the doctor in detail, the nature of your current health condition, as well as any pertinent past medical history and family history. The consultation can take upwards of 20 minutes depending upon your specific situation. After the consultation the doctor and/or staff will perform a thorough examination to help find the cause of your symptoms. After which the doctor will determine if x-rays will be necessary.
- Once finished with the examination and all appropriate studies, you may be offered a treatment during that visit or you will be rescheduled within 1-2 days for your Report of Findings (depending upon the complexity of your case).
- Second Visit
- During this visit, you will be given a thorough explanation of your condition where we will review in detail all of our findings including: orthopedic, neurologic, nutritional and structural findings, as well as x-ray findings (if applicable). Patients will be provided with their first treatment during this same visit. This may include spinal adjustments, physical therapies, and/or soft tissue therapies. An additional x-ray exam will be performed to evaluate the effectiveness of the treatment. Prior to leaving, you will be given instructions on certain activities or procedures to be done at home. Lastly, you will be rescheduled within 1-2 days for your Care Schedule and Payment options.
- Third Visit
- During this visit, the doctor will go over all of your x-rays in detail, and a care schedule will be explained. Also, your financial commitment to your care will be explained, including all of your insurance benefits (if applicable). After your care plan is finalized, you will begin your treatment schedule with another treatment.
