- 1 cup raw cashews
- 1 cup shredded raw coconut or coconut chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon spirulina powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 10-12 medjool dates
- Start by blending the nuts in the food processor until you get a coarse meal.
- Next put all other ingredients into your processor, blending to allow everything to combine.
- Remove the bowl and blade, and begin rolling the mixture into balls between your palms.
- Put them in the fridge and store in an airtight container for at least an hour before enjoying. Store for up to 2 weeks.
